The first shop was opened on the 4th of April in Riccione by Giovanni Occhialini e Michele Santini. The idea was, and still is, to produce
artisanal ice cream starting from absolute high quality materials. They wanted to research and rediscover recipes, promoting local products
and flavours that have made the Italian ice cream so unique.
